A visual one-page map of the life you are designing: what stays, what goes, what grows. A working tool, not a vision board.

Simple Living Roadmap

A phased plan with 30-, 60- and 90-day milestones. Concrete enough to act on; honest enough to revise.

Simple Living Charter

Your written statement of values, roles, priorities and direction—the document you return to when decisions become unclear.

Additional outputs include: Simple Living Dashboard · status-quo overview · priority overview · comparison of realistic future scenarios · goals, objectives and milestones · Not-now List · attention and review rhythm · one first real-life action from each module.

These are working tools, not promises of a perfect life. You will be able to return to them as your circumstances and understanding develop.

This Journey may be for you if:

  • You are unwilling to examine your own choices, patterns or trade-offs.
  • You want inspiration without exercises or practical application to real life.
  • You expect seven weeks to solve every life domain.
  • You expect one final, absolute answer to your purpose or calling.

More Than Another Information Course

Most courses give you more ideas. This Journey helps you work with your actual life.

You will use the Simple Living High Thinking Framework to understand your current situation, choose what matters, compare realistic options and turn a meaningful direction into a plan and first action.

The tools provide structure, but they do not make the decisions for you. The purpose is to strengthen your ability to see, choose, act, review and realign for yourself.

The framework

The Simple Living High Thinking Framework

The Journey is built around the Simple Living High Thinking Mandala: domains of life, phases of transformation and principles that keep practical change connected to self-realisation.

The framework was first shared publicly in Bharat’s TEDx talk about leaving the hamster wheel and rebuilding life around family, nature, service and self-realisation. Watch the TEDx talk →

The seven phases are a flexible navigation and review system. Participants continue using them after the Journey ends—returning to any phase whenever life asks for more honesty.

The seven modules

  • 1. Activation: Understand the framework, clarify your starting point and name the area of your life you are bringing to the Journey.
  • 2. Orientation: Clarify your roles, nature, responsibilities, values and spiritual direction. Complete your initial SLIMM Assessment and Domain Profile.
  • 3. Simplification: Identify what can be reduced, released or restructured. Build your Not-now List. Begin your Simple Living Canvas.
  • 4. Preparation: Design rhythms for family, food, work, learning, health and community. Compare realistic future scenarios.
  • 5. Intention: Set direction, clarify what you are moving toward and ground your motivation in values rather than reaction. Draft your Simple Living Charter.
  • 6. Attention: Turn insight into experiments, accountability, reviews and next steps. Build your Simple Living Roadmap with 30/60/90-day milestones.
  • 7. Devotion: Become more useful to family, society, nature and a higher purpose. Take your first real-life action. Establish your review and accountability rhythm.

Attention and Devotion are separate modules. Devotion is not fully completed in seven weeks—it is an orientation that continues beyond the Journey.

A grounded transformation

This is not about copying someone else’s lifestyle. It is about becoming responsible enough to choose what serves life in your own context.

Some people begin with decluttering. Others begin with food, homeschooling, remote work, land, community, spiritual practice, or leaving a career track that no longer feels true. The Journey can begin wherever life is asking for more honesty.

When does the next cohort begin?

Two cohorts are open:

Is this an online or in-person Journey?

The seven weekly live sessions are held online. The framework and outputs are designed for application to your real everyday life throughout. Optional in-person retreats and workshops exist separately.

Do I need to have the VPTI result first?

No—the Journey stands independently. The DharmaFinder VPTI can deepen your self-understanding before or during the Journey, but it is not a prerequisite.
